We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 11am on the same day, orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. We dispatch orders Monday through to Friday only. No orders are dispatched on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. Overnight deliveries are only delivered Monday through to Friday.
Please make sure that your delivery address details are 100% correct. We can only send to the address you supply us. Incorrect details will result in your order not reaching you. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders if the delivery address is in anyway incorrect.

If you are ordering for a business from NI please make sure that you supply us with your EORI number and your UK Internal Market Scheme number (UKIMS). Without these we will not be able to dispatch your order.
